Using Never Layover

Never Layover is a flight route research tool. You may use it to look up nonstop routes, airlines, and schedules for personal or commercial research purposes. You may not scrape, bulk-download, or resell the data provided through the service.

Accuracy of route data

Route and schedule data is sourced from third-party providers and updated periodically. It may not reflect real-time availability, seasonal changes, or recently cancelled services. Never Layover is a research tool — always confirm routes and schedules directly with airlines before booking.

Pro subscription

• Pro plans are billed monthly at $9/month via Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe there's been an error.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

Limitation of liability

Never Layover is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of route data. We are not liable for any losses resulting from reliance on information provided by the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
